Untill I get induced and have my twin girls closer I get the more I wanna have a panic attack and keep thinking something terrible is gonna happen at the last minute. For most women this should be a happy time for me its just nerve racking. Ugghh help me

Repeat over and over "I can do this, I can do this!" This might be a really weird tip-but I watched a ton of the biggest loser when pregnant in those final weeks. I needed to see motivation right in front of me! The trainers were so encouraging and even though they were talking to the people trying to lose weight, I still took their advice. You can do this! You can make it-only like one more day (if you dont count today and dont count Friday!). Hang in there! Stay busy! We are praying!

You can do this! I never expected the last few weeks to be the worst either.. I constantly expected something to go wrong...I had a lot of help to focus. You're in my prayers and I'm looking for updates. We're with you... you're never alone in this.
