I know I am fat but its only like 40 degrees out!!!

I literally am drenched in sweat (sexy!) all day and WORSE at night. Do I need medical attention (thyroid? high BP?) or is this normal? I seem to remember it w/ Audrey but not change-your-shirt-3x-a-day like now and not 5 months post baby, it was more immediate.

Thoughts?

I distinctly remember sweating like a whore in church after Keith was born. I don't recall how long but it was DISTINCT. TG this was before the internet LOL. It freaked me out too. Its very likely hormones, but it's worth a visit IMO.

Kristen - I was the same way, but I don't remember it lasting this long. Although I will say that I'm much warmer after kids then I was pre-kids. I find myself often in a short sleeved t-shirt at home, even when it's in the 30's outside and our heat is definitely turned up.

I'm with Betty - worth a check-up.

Hi Kristen,

I'm with the ppers but I do remember sweating a lot when Lucy was a baby, especially when nursing her - my temp would go way up! And this was long after she was born, but it didn't start all of a sudden.

Cheers,
