Hi all!

I have been on the TTC over 40 board for the last 10 months, and just got my BFP on 1-6-11!

Yes I most definitely did have little twinges of pain in my abdomen in the beginning. This is an absolutely normal sign in early pregnancy -- a good sign that all systems are go in your uterus. Welcome those twinges -- they are a signal that things are happening in there!

Congratulations to you and I wish you an enjoyable pregnancy with no morning sickness!!

Hi and congratulations!

I had tons of twinges/cramps/stretching/pulling. Googled myself into a tizzy at times. It's all normal. My OB said, as long as you don't see blood, don't worry, and if you do, most likely don't worry even then, but call. I felt like AF was going to be here any minute for a long time.

I didn't get any other symptoms until 5 1/2 weeks, other than crampy stuff, and with my DD (2 years old) I didn't get the slightest feeling of pregnancy until 6 1/2 weeks.

I hope your betas are great and you have an uneventful pregnancy. KUP!

The twinges and pulls are absolutely normal. It is your uterus swelling/prepping for big growth.

Just chiming in that what you're experiencing is completely normal. I was so bloated the first few weeks like AF was on her way! Hang in there. The 1T is one of my least favorite times of pregnancy and I'm never so relieved when I hit the 13-14 week mark.
Welcome & Congratulations! Pregnancy is an exciting time!
