I know I should know, but I have been having on and off cramps all day. Nothing heavy or painful but there! I am not bleeding nor spotting and there not constant:/ could it just be my uterus stretching ?? Any and all advice would be good :smileyvery-happy:

I had cramps all the time, they didn't hurt but they were constant. My first reaction was to freak out too but after I hit 8 weeks the cramps went away completely and were replaced by constant nausea! Lol. Hopefully you can get some relief soon from them.

Jess I also had a TON of cramping for the first couple weeks but has gotten better now. I talked to my doc and he said it was normal as long as you are not doubling over it hurts so much and if there is no bleeding. If you are worried I would talk to your doc maybe to ease your mind . STICKY VIBES TO YOU!!!!

Jessica, I always get cramps very early on in pg. Usually the week and the week after of my period. I usually spend that week thinking that my period was just about to start, and eventually I end up taking a PG test. It's very normal to be crampy early on. I would only worry if there was red spotting.
