Alright I know we're supposed to steer clear of lunch meat unless it's been heated up because of Listeria or whatever, warm lunch meat is not something my stomach is fond of. Is it okay if we heat it up then cool it again, or would that let the bacteria come back?

Heating it well is fine as long as it's enough to kill the bacteria.

Thanks girls. Angie that's what my mom said =) typically I would probably just be a little careful but after a loss DH and I are putting me in a bubble basically. I've been eating lots of mac and cheese and pb&j for lunch =)
