Just wondering what you ladies are doing for fitness right now?

Before I got my BFP I was exercising 5x week with the P90X videos and dieting.

I didn't do anything during the 1T out of fear, but of course found out about the triplets so was advised against most activity. (Funny enough, my IUI was 3 days after running an 8.15 mile event, so that was my last big hurrah.) I miss Zumba and water aerobics! I hope you find a good routine to keep yourself healthy. :-)

So far, I've mostly limited myself to walking, playing frisbee, and getting the rest of my exercise doing gardening and yard work.

I have been on limited activity. Any amount of activity makes me crampy so I was told to limit activity or he'd put me on bed rest.

I eat whatever I want whenever I want... I eat fast food, I'm always craving Arby's and Taco Bell so I eat it. I also crave cucumbers and spinach leaves so I eat lots of them.

We have a 15-year-old dog who can't get around like she used to, either.

I haven't started it back up yet because I'm so tired but I use a great yoga, sculpt and dance dvd. I got it from Amazon

I had said I'm going to keep up my regular routine: cycling 3 days, step 1 day and cardi kick boxing one day, but I spotted after a cycling class, so am a little afraid. My new goal is to at least walk the dog for 30 minutes a day. I'll add some weight training and some hiking when I'm not so anxious.

Don't feel guilty about wanting carbs! Eat what you can, when you can...and if that includes carbs then go for it. I was so stressed about what I was/wasn't eating but during those early months it's hard. Just focus on your well-being (even if that includes naptime over a workout lol) and you'll be great. :-)

I used to swim twice a week but I began miscarryin the day after swimmin so when I got pregnant again I didn't do any exercise. I also ate what I wanted. I put on a total of 35lbs. By the time my loss had stopped post delivery I had lost 28lb without even trying!
