Okay ladies I have a strange question to ask you and I feel kinda silly to ask but I need to know if there is something wrong here with me. Has any of you had lack of sex drive after getting pregnant? I ask this because I have NO drive ..I mean AT ALL! I feel so bad for my hubby because I just really don't want him to touch me. I don't know why but the thought of it just makes my skin crawl...I know it is terrible right?!! I am in love with him more than ever but I just want to be left alone and I don't know how or why this is happening. He is devastated thinking I don't love him. I told him I don't know what is wrong and why I feel like this but I just need sometime..he does not get it of course. I just feel bad and don't know how to fix this or if I can..this has never happened to me before so I really am at a loss. What do I do? Talk to my doc? Could it be the Heparin?

This is very normal in the 1T, you're tired, sickly, worried,  it doesn't make for feelin like you wanna jump into bed naked! You can encourage your DH with the news that, as the pg progresses, the blood supply to certain areas increases makin you a sexaholic!

It is normal. I am at the point now where I want nothing to do with it. I have heard having relations can put you in labor and stimulation of the "milk feeders" can also cause labor and contractions. I want my baby to bake a little longer. I am probably being ultra paranoid but I feel better not doing it now. DH understands which I am grateful for. I know if you are over due, they recommend having relations to kick start things. This is my first baby so I don't want anything to trigger early labor. :smileyhappy:

Totally normal! For me, it gets better in the 2T and then it's off again in the 3T.

Thanks ladies! Yep any kind of love is pretty much out of the question for now, I do hope this passes sometime soon..not for me but for my DH.. I think he is starting to understand it a bit though and not putting so much pressure on me which is good because I can get kinda crabby at him when he was not leaving me alone..poor guy lol!
