We had our first appointment with my midwife yesterday at 10wks 3 days...and got to hear our LO's heartbeat for the first time :) It took her a few minutes to find it, but man, was it amazing once she did.

Yay for hearing the hb! Regarding the m/s, maybe you will just be one of those moms that don't have a lot of m/s. I know what you mean, though. I'm glad your other symptoms are strong.

Thank you everyone for your kind words! With each day that passes, I find it easier and easier to rest a little easy about the pregnancy. I'm just slowly truckin' toward that 2nd trimester...can't wait to get there!

Lucia,
Congrats on hearing your LO's heartbeat. It is a beautiful sound! As for the m/s, try not to worry too much about it. With my first two pregnancies (both blissfully uneventful), I didn't have any m/s at all...not even nausea. So, no m/s does not necessarily mean a doomed pregnancy.
