21 week appointment and fetal survey
So I had my 21 week check-up today as well as the fetal survey. The ultrasound was very boring... she was camera shy and kept turning away from the ultrasound wand. It looked like we woke her up, even though I drank a Coke right before I went in. Still Team Pink - that she did show us; but no cute profile shots or anything. The US tech even turned on the 4D for us so we had something cute to take home. But they got a good look at all of the organs and everything looked perfect. HR 142 (which confirmed that she had just woken up. The kids are calling her Pork Chop now - DH came up with that special nickname :) They got to come to the US because they were out of school today so that was exciting. I'm so read for the next milestone - viability in 3 weeks!
Oh, I almost forgot! I gained 7 pounds this month! That makes a total of 9 pounds in six weeks so.... I'm officially back up to my pre-pregnancy weight :smileytongue: And out of trouble with the OB! Yay for brownies and ice cream!
Yay for healthy baby!! Glad all is well ;) We always ask about gender too just to make sure she is still a she heh :)
