24 week OB appointment
Tue, 06-14-2011 - 8:17pm

I saw the OB today for my check-up. The babies are doing great, with heart rates in the 140s. My fundal height is measuring 35 weeks. I almost fell of the table when I heard that! I talked to the doctor about my heart racing, which it's been doing more and more frequently. It's a multiple-time-a-day event. It's getting to the point where I get extremely dizzy and my legs get weak. They took blood to test my thyroid, which could be causing it (& my thyroid was wonky in the beginning of this pregnancy), and they're also sending me to a cardiologist. So, hopefully we'll get to the bottom of this. Other than that, I have my glucose test in 2 weeks.

Babies sound great! Hopefully they figure out the issue with your heart. That's scary to be thinking about. Hang in there!
