So far so good. Baby is transverse which meant they couldn't get 2 of the pictures of the heart that they need so I go back on 12/22 for another scan. Other than that he is looking perfect.....yes we are still team blue!!! So excited!! He is measuring a little ahead of schedule but that is perfectly fine. Per my doctor she believes that the spotting I'm experiencing is actually from him growing and causing the placenta to move around and the cramps are actually from his head pushing on my cyst causing it to slowly rupture. The rupture itself doesn't causing bleeding but it does irritate the uterus. No cervical change at all from these pesky cramps/contractions since my cervix is actually about 6 cm long. Super, super long!! Even the tech asked if I had a csection with my daughter and when I told her yes she said "I'm not surprised with that long cervix!!". lol.
So, so happy and relieved with everything. :-)
Wow what a great appt! That'll be nice to go back before Christmas and get another scan! :) I am so glad your dr. isn't concerned about the bleeding and has figured out what it's most likely from, that is really great news!
Sounds like a great appointment! Darn, that you have to go back for another scan and see your LO again. LOL.
Your cervix was 6cm? Seriously? I think the longest mine was at the beginning of 2T was 3.9 and I have not experienced childbirth other than passing the m/c. That is looooong. Wow! Glad that the cramping hasn't changed it. I do hope the cyst resolves soon.
