I have a team.....

As most of you know I was hoping to finally have a girl. I went for a elective gender u/s today and found out we are having another boy. Oddly enough I am not that disappointed and I think it the Pal in me after so many m/c I am just glad to be 15weeks with a sticky baby. I posted more on may EC. But I was glad to get an extra U/S and it was great to see a bouncing baby in there. I have gained so much weight since my last son and my pal brain was freaking out that I could not feel much movement yet (nothing that I was not 100% sure was not gas) but I am guessing it just that I am fat now. The tech also looked at the cervix for me and there was no conning. If you recall my Pal brain also was worried about incompetent cervix since I had so many m/c and D&Cs since JD. So all in all it was a great experience and I am getting use to the fact that I still can not buy pink and flowery things. I really do think the shopping thing is the only reason I wanted a girl as I love my boys and think over all I am better suited to parent boys.

I think someone is trying to tell you your destined to be surrounded by men. Congrats on another boy. Glad to hear the appointment went well and you got to see a bouncing baby boy.

They do make really cute girl clothes don't they.

yay but just imaging the money I will save because I will not be going crazy buying pink stuff. I honestly thinl the main reason I wanted a girl was for shopping and so I did not have to come up with another boys name. I do love my boys and think over all I am better suited to parent boys. Plus as my mom was quick to remind me when I had my other boys you do not get to pick out the clothes for long especially with girls. She also always said if I did ever have a girl she would be the worlds biggest tom boy.

congrats on a great appt and u/s! it's awesome you were able to find out it's a boy at 15 weeks. my dr is so conservative she wouldn't tell me for sure at 17. what's up with that? :)

so glad everything is going well.

Congrats on a great scan and your mom's probably right, if you did have a girl she would be the world's biggest tomboy. Our younger DD is the closest you can get to a boy without having one.

You were destined to be a mommy of boy's!
