Thank you for your update. I was really worrying about you. It is great to know that your family is now back home and together. Your little girl sounds so cute :smileyhappy:
It sounds so painfully difficult to stay home on bedrest in this situation. If you need to yell, cry and let it all out, I am glad to be there to "listen".
Hang in there Melissa! I'm sure you'll be going out for walks in no time!
I've been put on modified bedrest and will likely deliver in 2 weeks! It's only been 24 hours and I'm really not liking this feeling that I am a lazy butt, but it's all for a good cause! I'm a busy body too and so laying or sitting around doing nothing is absolute torture.
When I BF'd my 2nd DD, the lactation specialist gave me these hydrogels that were a lifesaver, maybe DH can go pick some up at the store for you. I know Target carries them; Medela makes them and also Lanoshin (forget the spelling). You don't need to apply the whole thing and can just cut off a small piece to put on the sore spot. It does wonders and saved me from quitting. I also was short in supply and so pumped after bfing to get things jump started!
Take care and enjoy the time with your little lady!
Thank you so much, I am going to try some of those tips. :) Sounds like you had a tough time with your fibromyalgia flare up - that sounds awful too. The things we go through for our kids! Melissa
