I'm trying to calm my mind and remember that some cramping in early pregnancy is normal. It's not intense, just noticeable. It's been there since day 1 of BFP, some days better, some days worse. Just had to vent to someone who understood.

I experienced cramping until I was about 14 weeks, sometimes if was really quite sharp and painful. It's totally normal.

Thank you all for the encouragement. I think I needed to have the fear acknowledged more than the actual pain. Lol. This is a weird world where knowing what is "normal" doesn't actually make it easier. (slight TMI warning). My prenatals are giving me bad constipation & gas so I think half of it is cramping from that. I just have to up my water intake some more.

Jenn, if you are having issues with constipation try to up your fiber intake a little bit too. It will help. :)
