Does it help to hear from the PAL Grads?

So Jackson is 2 months now and I still frequently check on the board to keep up on you ladies and have only chimed in a couple times!

The fear was always constant for me (which I see that it is for a lot of you) and as I neared the end the fear was intense! Do you think it is helpful to hear from a grad or not?

I don't want to chime in if it is not at all helpful! I know we grads tend to disappear once our LO's arrive (or most of us do, I've seen a few pop on here/there) and I can't help but think it would have been helpful to hear from some ladies who have BTDT!

Take care ladies and GL to all!

Yes yes yes! At least for me it would. And I know the board would be more active if it wasn't just the preggos contributing.

Of course its helpful! We're just looking for support & answers & who better than someone who made it to the other side :)

Yes, I would think it would be helpful too. As a former PAL grad, and 2nd time member, I try to use my experience from before. I hope it helps. But, definitely yes. Especially since the more people contributing, the more experience to contribute. :)

Yes I love PAL grads. I think I will have a hard time leaving here after this little guy is born and hope I am still welcome here.

Hey Jen! Nice to hear from you and so glad I'm not the only one still feeling connected to this board! I think it would be wonderful if we all dropped in on here and gave a helping hand to the ladies here! I know towards the end I was insanely fearful and somehow made it!

How are the workouts going? Once I get a good work schedule going, then I'll jump onto a routine! Until then, I'm winging it! LOL! But really my elliptical is screaming my name and so is yoga!

Jenn

Take care,

Hi Jenn! Workouts are going great! Thanks to a super easy delivery (and a very helpful, supportive DH), I was back into my regular routine about 10 days post-partum. In the beginning, the toughest part was just planning my workout around Logan's breastfeeding schedule, but now that he's going longer between feedings, its SO much easier! Being back at work is definitely the hardest part though!
