My nausea would come and go. As your hormone levels rise, your body will try to adjust and when it does you might feel relief. Then the hormones get higher and your symptoms return which your body will adjust again.

If you have a sudden absence of symptoms, then it could mean there is a problem. It doesn't always mean that, but it is possible. I had nausea and vomiting with my first son. It lasted about 2 weeks from 6-8 weeks pregnant and after that I was fine.

Nausea and sickness can come and go, it can be totally different from person to person and even from pregnancy to pregnancy. Try not to worry too much tho i know that is easier said that done!

Hope you are feeling better. I had no symptoms with this pregnancy, a couple of days here and there with nausea but nothing consistent. I swore I could have been the lady who never new she was pregnant. My only thing was cramps, I had those a couple times a week like AF was going to start.

I would call your doc if you need reassurance, they shouldn't be bothered by it at all!

Thank you all for your posts, it is definitely reassuring to know that just because symptoms change or are absent altogether, it doesn't necessarily mean anything is wrong.
