Called my doctor this morning expecting my level to be at least 10000 and to have an ultrasound this week and it was only 6000!! That means I'm not doubling right again. I'm sooo scared, now waiting for a call back later. I'm at work fighting back tears :smileysad:

I'm sorry :smileysad: , but try not to panic yet. You had your draws Thursday and Monday, right? Doubling times do not need to be 48 hours, they actually need to double in 48-72 hours, and remember, the higher the number gets the slower it doubles. Hang in there, you're definitely not out yet!

Thanks girls. I'm trying to wait until they call back and I get more tests or answers... It's just any bad news after a loss is so scary. I guess I was just hoping to have a nice scare- free pregnancy.... I really hope everythings okay...

I think it sounds like a very healthy number and depending on the distance between blood draws I think it's within the normal doubling time range.

(((HUGS))). Any "iffy" sounding news can be terrifying. You have evry right to feel that way but try to remember eveything could still be fine. I agree with the other ladies 72 hours is a normal doubling time and it can slow with higher numbers. Just try to relax (yes, I know it's impossible!) and wait for the doctor to call.
