Called my doctor this morning expecting my level to be at least 10000 and to have an ultrasound this week and it was only 6000!! That means I'm not doubling right again. I'm sooo scared, now waiting for a call back later. I'm at work fighting back tears :smileysad:

Trying to constantly monitor my numbers does give me quite a but of scares, but I feel like is be more scared not having a clue. I'm one of those people who researches everything! Lol I have to know everything about something so tracking them takes a big weight off too.... Now that I have 2 weeks of waiting with nothing to track I'm going to go crazy! I need a new hobby, but lately once I'm out of work I am beat! Being in a room with 20 8 and 9 year olds all day drains everything out of me lol.

I give all the ladies credit for being able to do the blood draws and watching the numbers.  I simply couldn't do it.  I was too afraid of what they would say, so I skipped them.  I admire those that can face that kind of adversity with such courage.

I hope the news is better and better for the blood draws.

At any stage the normal doubling time is 48-72 hours! I'm glad the doctors are optimistic and happy with the numbers. Try not to stress out about the cramping. I'm 18 weeks now and I still have daily cramping, lol. It's just your body adjusting to the baby growing...it's exactly what you want your body to do! Lol.

I have had cramping the whole time so far and my doc said not to worry because it is normal due to stretching and growing. I seem to remember having the same thing with my daughter as well. I know it is so hard but try not to stress I am sure everything is okay but if it gets worse or you just can't stop thinking about it I would call your doctor to maybe ease your mind a bit..I mean what can it hurt right? I am praying for you!!! ((HUGS)))!!!

Thank you!!! Of course now I'm cramping so I'm freaking out like a mad lady... but hopefully that's just normal too. I found an article online that says most women double every 72 hours once the levels are at 1,500 to 6,000. Hopefully that's true, it made me feel better at least! :smileyhappy: thank you for your support.

(((HUGS))). Any "iffy" sounding news can be terrifying. You have evry right to feel that way but try to remember eveything could still be fine. I agree with the other ladies 72 hours is a normal doubling time and it can slow with higher numbers. Just try to relax (yes, I know it's impossible!) and wait for the doctor to call.
