I honestly feel like I'm about to get my period, which is what I felt like last pregnancy.

I'm sorry that your symptoms are making you nervous. I had a lot of bloating, cramping early on with this pregnancy everything is fine at almost 30 weeks. I know it feels like until forever until you can feel a little less anxious. ((HUGS))
Until 5 or 6 weeks with my DS pregnancy, I was constantly convinced AF was on her way, to the point that I was goin to the toilet after 5 minutes! I had all the usual symptoms and then the increased CM that comes with pregnancy made me feel like i was bleedin too.
