so nervous

I'm 9w4d today, my first m/c was at 9w4d and second was at 9w6d. Needless to say, I'm beyond nervous.

I came this close to passing out last night, 3 times. I've been awake about a half an hour and of course just sneezed and it felt like my lower abdomen was ripping apart, it really hurt.

Now I'm a nervous wreck on top of a paranoid mess.

Oh, the rational part of me thinks I may not have eaten enough yesterday, I had one egg with a price of cheese, one pancake, one piece of Bacon, and some hashbrowns for breakfast, two hamburgers from McDonald's for lunch, and I forgot about supper until dh said something about it at like 9pm, so I was cooking when I nearly passed out... you guys think I just didn't eat enough? What about the Mega painful sneeze? I always have slightly painful sneezes in early pregnancy but they haven't been painful in about two weeks (I sneeze a lot) any ideas? Oh, and don't forget that my OB who is doing my early prenatal care doesn't actually do OB anymore so there is no emergency/weekend number.

I had seriously painful sneezes this pregnancy. Sometimes I would even fart at the same time (lol)I didn't have them with my last pregnancy.

Not eating enough can cause a lot of tummy aches also everything is shifting around because of your little one. .

My sweet baby boys Josh and Jesse were born into the arms of Jesus on January 11th 2008. They will always be missed and remain living in my heart forever!

Blood pressure. That's so tricky with me. Landon died because of sudden severe preeclampsia and my BP never went back down after delivery. I've been on BP meds ever since. When I got pg, they changed them to one safe for pregnancy and upped the dosage because at my first 2 appts MT BP was running around 130/100. Now it runs around 105/70. But I do notice sometimes at night it's even lower but my doc doesn't want to change it because it's normally pretty good. Last night it was 95/57. So it was a little low but not low enough to make me nearly pass out.I really do think it was the lack of food.

The sneeze pain does feel like ligament pain only much worse. And I do normally get it when I sneeze but it's been gone for about 2 weeks so it of course worried me AND it doesn't help that I'm at my m/c points. I'm going to hate the 3T also because of Landon's loss.

I just wish we could all have easy worry-free pregnancies, is that really too much to ask for...

Your bp of 95/57 sounds low to me, although this is simply based on my bp and my DH's bp.

(((HUGS))) Torie. i know this is a hard time for you.

I know no matter what you will be worried but these are normal things that happen during pregnancy. Some days I have to eat every hour and others I don't eat for 7-8 hours and am fine. You could definitely almost pass out due to not eating! EAT CHICA!!

As for the pain- round ligament pain. I always thought it happened later but mind started around 8 weeks. I was actually gonna post about how much it hurts, but it's not there all the time. I get it in my way lower abdo when I sneeze like someone just slit it open.

HTH chica!!

It definitely sounds like you needed some more food, but your low bp sounds way low. What medication are you taking? I'm on adalat (Nifedipine) due to hypertension, and they specifically put me on it when we first started ttc because it would be fine during pg. If your meds are making your bp that low it seems dangerous and I would definitely ask doc to re-evaluate.

Torie,
I'm sorry you're having a hard time. I agree with the others. I also think that while, for you, that low bp wouldn't have been enough to make you pass out, going from lunch time to 9PM without food (along with the low bp) led to the dizzy/faint feeling.

As for the painful sneezing, I have the same thing. It comes and goes. I could have a week or two of sneezing normally, then the pain will be back. Whenever I get it, I run and check the babies with my doppler & they'll be fine. I think it's totally normal. I hope you're feeling better soon!

I know its scary when you approach your m/c dates.
I dont always have painful sneezes but I certainly had a few & they killed my uterus early on. I have a cough now & I have to hold my stomach.
Yes, girl ya gotta eat! The only time I feel like I will pass out when not eating enough is pregnancy!
