Wicked Pain on right side lower abdomen /groin area

As the weeks go by I get more anxious and frankly worried about something going wrong than I did in the 1T and I hate it....

I have had in the past 3 days this horrible pain in the right side of my lower belly/groin area. It is a dull pain while I sit or lay and becomes rather sharp when I walk.

Deb, I would call them and ask. I've had doctors forget things before. Sounds like you need the reassurance. I hope you get good answers.

worry and anxious... those should NOT have to be a part of our pregnancies :(

I would also call the doc and ask. Sometimes they overlook things.

I don't have much peace and calming vibes, but I'm willing to share...

Thanks to all for the support.

I did call the doctor and was told to take 600 mg of Motrin in 24 hrs. Up my water intake, rest and I could use like icy/hot for the pulled muscle thing.

You are so sweet.

Thank you. I have been thinking of you as well.

Hope all is going well with you and that PAL brain can give you a break.

I had 3 consecutive losses before my son and my pregnancy with him was great but emotionally I was an anxious mess.

Is it by your pubic bone? Does it hurt more when moving.walking?
I do get weird pains low & elsewhere that freak me out but its not consistent.
Of course Ive had one on my left side in middle. I just assume its one of their bodies squishing me.

Hi Mindy...

Yes, you got it . It is on my right side mostly a bit to the left of my pubic bone and it hurts like heck when I stand up and/or move. It is a sharp pain, a feeling of tightness that it makes hard to walk like the muscles/ligaments are all tight in a knot.

Motrin helped but you need your doctor's approval. and resting helps too but that was not as easy to do with a little one running around and work full time.

My doctor assured me to be RLP and not to stress about it too much.

Hope all is well

If its by pubic bone it sounds like a bit of pubic symphysis disorder.
Ive had the pain since 10wks. It hit me one day when walking a bunch like a bolt of lightning. If thats what it is its from relaxin loosening everything up. It actually can loosen your pubic bone & it kills! If its really bad it can completely separate.
Dont put on clothes standing up or shoes, & keep weight evenly distributed on both feet.
Ive heard a mat belt can hlep to keep belly weight off but I hate mine.
Mine is getting pretty bad these days, but its always worse when I try & do too much these days which isn't much. I basically cant walk or stand up without some pain, more like a dull intense pain vs the lightning it was when I first had it.
