Wish I could've stayed....

I want to thank you all for the good thoughts and prayers. Unfortunately, the ultrasound showed baby stopped growing (only measured 6 weeks, 6 days)...and no heartbeat. Although I think I knew it in my heart all along, it's still hard to accept now that it's a reality. At least I'm not in limbo anymore. Dr's hoping to try a more aggressive protocol with me (possible heparin and upping my dose of progesterone...to be started right after O)...if we decide to try again. I just don't know if I have the strength though.

Oh Dani, I'm so incredibly sorry. I know you had your suspisions all along, but I was hoping and praying for them not to be true. I know how difficult this must be for you, and I want to let you know that I will be praying for you. I really hope your Dr can come up with a plan that will give you a successful pregnancy in the future. Thinking of you, (((BIG HUGS))))

Im so sorry to read this.
Do you have a clotting disorder taht would warrant heparin? My Drs would not give it to me stating it was to risky even though I have 1 gene of Factor V.
If you do decide to try again, you might want to think about Zymessence, its the systemic enzyme Im taking & supposedly can help your body from rejecting the pregnancy.

Thanks Mindy. Yeah...I have one factor. I'm still unsure if I want to go that route or not. I don't get it...I had a healthy baby boy just 4 years ago. I'll probably have this baby tested and see if there was some kind of trisomy. My last baby was normal though....but lost her anyway, the same exact way. *sigh*

Thanks for the tip on the herb. I may try it.

No, No, No!!!! I prayed for you today, knowing you had your ultrasound. I am so sorry...words really cannot express. My heart is aching for you so much right now.

Gosh, it's so hard to understand God's plan sometimes.

Dani
I am so heartbroken to hear your update. I am praying that you get the strength needed to get through the next few days and get that inner peace that comes from above.

Many many {{cyber hugs}}

Ya I didnt get it either. My DD is 3 & I had no probs with her.
My D&C testing also showed everything was fine.
It was a total mystery, other than it just wasnt meant to be.
I dont want to discourage you from heparin, just a word of caution. Unless there is a history of clots in your family. The MFM Dr I saw insisted my losses were not from Factor V. I didnt believe how she could say that.
Were you taking Baby Aspirin b4 you got pregnant or only after +hpt?
I could be totally off my rocker but I swear by that Zymessence since thats the only thing I did different this time. I know it could just have happened anyway but one review said a women took it after 5 m/cs & finally got a sticky one, also with that being the only change.
Hang in there, again, Im so sorry. Good luck on Friday.
