Jennie -

It sounds like your babies are doing great even though they came early. It sounds like the labor was tramatic for you and baby George. I hope you are both healing well:)

Wow - what an eventful time. I'm so glad both babies are doing so well! I hope they continue to grow and are home with you very soon! They were good weights for their dates!!

Take care - I hope you heal quickly.

Best wishes to you all!

Congrats on the arrival of your two lil ones! What a blessing! Even though you had a bit of an adventure during the birth, it's so great to hear that they're doing well! Take care and rest up! (((Hugs)))

AWWW Jennie that is quite a birthing story. Your med staff was amazing to allow a breech/butt first baby...most automatically do a csection. I am glad everyone is healthy and happy. Take care of yourself and your babes.

Yes - they had told us all along as long as baby A was head down they would deliver baby B head first or breech - what never came up was if baby B tried to come out sideways, lol.

That's so wonderful! my cousin had her twins last July. She had just turned 30 weeks. They almost had to deliver the boys at 27 weeks but were able to hold off until 30 weeks. They were both born over 2 and 3 lbs. They were in the NICU for a little over 4-6 weeks, 1 of them I believe was 8 weeks but it helped my cousin heal after her c section and back to proper rest before they came home. She also has a 7 yr old boy to take care of. The hardest part on her was being able to be at the hospital when the 7 yr old couldn't be there all day w/ her. Now it's almost been a year and you could never tell those boys were ever that tiny or born that soon! Technology today is amazing and just making it past the dangerzone and survival rate is anyone who is pregnant biggest hope!

Best wishes w/ the babies, I'm only 10 weeks away from my hopefully big week! Since they want to take them out my 37th week! I am now 27 weeks today!
B/G twins as well!
