Congratulations!!! They are beautiful!!! I had the same problem with the c section. Isn't that the oddest feeling to throw up when the muscles to throw up aren't working? The empty feeling goes away pretty quick, although I still miss feeling my boys kick every once in a while.
Get lots of rest, going back and forth to the NICU is the worst part. Keep us posted on how they're doing, and more pics please. :D

Kim - they are PRECIOUS!! (and I love their names!) Very similar weights to my girls (they were 4lb1oz, and 4lb3oz and both 17" too) and sound like they have similar growing to do. We were in the nicu 3 weeks so I hope your stay is even shorter than that! There's no getting used to all those beeping monitors, but try to keep the big picture in mind... there may be two steps forward, one step back, but you guys will get there. Then you'll be sitting at home with three adorably chubby babies and the nicu will seem long ago.
Congratulations!!! I am so glad your DH got to be there!! They are so gorgeous and I am so glad they are doing so well! How cool is it that Christopher and Genevieve were the exact same length and weight?!
Thanks everyone! I am doing well but still recovering from all the bed rest. My back really has taken the biggest hit so I'm hoping to regain some muscle before the babies get released. We're still doing the NICU thing but the babies are all growing. Genevieve will probably be the first to come home, as she is stable and when she pulled out her feeding tube today (lol) they left it out because she's been breastfeeding and has begun taking a bottle. Christopher and Lilianna are having issues with spitting up and bradies so it will probably be a while. Doc said last week that they probably have a month to go.
DH has left again but we're hoping he'll be back next month for 2 weeks, and then he deploys. That's been my biggest challenge so far because it's emotionally taxing knowing how hard we worked for these babies and now we can't be together. Seeing the look on his face, not to mention the tears, when he said good-bye on Sunday was heartbreaking. But knowing he has all of us to come home to next summer is keeping him going, and I just have to take the best care of them and myself in order to keep myself going.
I'll keep updates coming as I can. I literally haven't turned my computer on since posting the birth story!
