Anyone having problems with this already? Is there anything to do but kegel exercises? Mine isn't bad. Its just that when I get to the bathroom and start thinking about what a relief this is going to be, then some will come out while I'm getting my pants down. UGH. I hope this doesn't happen at work.

Isn't it fun? lol I haven't had the issues with it coming out like that, but do find that my underwear gets really wet throughout the day, and it's not sweat. I go to the bathroom when I need to but apparently there's still leakage. Eeewwwww!

I already have this problem at only 10 weeks, something about pregnancy doesn't agree with my bladder. I'd recommend pantiliners to minimize embarrassing oops or annoying clothing changes. The good news is after the boys were born, it miraculously went away!

I second the panty liners, or even a light pad if it's bad enough. It happens, unfortunately.

Kim, are you sure it's urine? Could it be discharge or leaking fluid? If you aren't feeling it I'd be concerned a little. :-/

Elissa - My vagina hasn't had any unusual discharge. They've checked for fluid leakage and so far I've been fine. I've asked about it and will ask again this week, especially in light of my funneling cervix. :-(

If it makes you feel better Kim same thing happens to me. I don't feel it but it's DEFINITELY urine leaks, my cervix is NOT funneling and I am not having discharge. It also happens in pregnancy with just singletons, some women are less aware then others.

To the OP definitely use some panty liners. When pregnant with my son I totally peed my pants while laughing when I was like 8 months pregnant lol! Make sure to empty your bladder frequently even when you don't think you have to go instead of waiting until you are about to burst. That also helps. My rule is always before I leave the house and if I haven't gone in 2-3 hours.

I've been having this problem, but it is especially bad when I have morning sickness. Can't control my bladder at all when I get sick :(

plain panty liners do not control the awful smell that can accompany bladder leakage but the Poise pads do. I had to use them when I had a horrible coughing cold.
