Feet swelling

This has only happened to me twice, both this week, and never during my previous two pregnancies. I'm 20 wks with twins. It freaks me out because I watch too much "Baby Story" on TV and know how scary pre-eclampsia can be! In research today though, it seems like this is not a cause for alarm unless you have nausea, headache, high blood pressure, protein in urine, gain over 2 lbs per week, or a racing pulse. My sister's feet would swell up a lot during her pregnancies but it was never a concern. Anyone else experiencing this so early?
It's always best to call your OB as few (if any) of us on here are doctors.
THAT SAID...it is hot outside and the swelling is likely normal.
I haven't called yet, because it only happened twice - once when I was standing and cooking dinner for two hours and once when I had my feet in a hot tub. Both times it went away when I elevated them. I will mention it at my next appointment though. Glad to know I'm not the only one!
I've had a lot of swelling in my feet
I'm 34 weeks tomorrow (WOOT WOOT) and (knock on wood) have very minimal swelling.
