Everything I read tells me I need to be eating good right now for the babies in order for them to have a good birth weight, but I simply have no appetite! My morning sickness is over but my appetite never came back, I have to force myself to eat. I don't understand it because with my dd all I wanted to do was eat like a pig. I thought with 2 in me I'd be ravenous. Is anyone else feeling like this???? I have to go eat lunch now, blech!

I am 19 weeks, my morning sickness lasted until 17 weeks so maybe I just need to get further along and the appetite will come??

I also have trouble with eating. I know I have to eat, so I make myself often, but I feel full in two seconds, and my appetite comes and goes. Even on days when I'm STARVING, once I start eating, poof... I'm full just like that.
On the other hand, I feel sick if I don't eat enough... so I feel like either I'm eating to keep from throwing up, or eating and feeling like I might throw up if I eat anymore. It drives me nutty!
Even when we go out, while usually, I'd be dying for my favorite desert, now I don't want it at all. Now, when the extra calories would be a great thing for me!
I was trying to explain to my neighbor how hard it is, and I told her ideally, I'm supposed to have red meat each day, but blah, and she looked at me like I was crazy... ! I told her if I WASN'T pregnant with twins, I'd probably think my ideal menu was awesome, but now? I look at all that food I'm *supposed* it eat, and think, oh gosh... I just can't.

Injectables cycle, Gonal-F & Ovidrel, two follicles
Beta hCG #1, at 14 dpo = 399
Beta hCG #2, at 17 dpo = 1,175 !!
First u/s June 14th: Saw a sac, 12 by 14 mm. (Still too early to see more!)
Second u/s June 25th: Saw TWO heartbeats, TWO babies. Twins!!!!
