Anyone have any tips/tricks for relieving sciatic pain? It's been EXCRUCIATING at times since last night. Is this one of the babies? If so, he/she is grounded as soon as they are born! ; )

I haven't had that problem yet with the twins, but I did with my last pg. My dr. told me to drink something with a lot of sugar to get the baby moving and to lay on the opposite side. He said that it is usually the baby laying on a nerve and that eventually he would move. Also, a heating pad does help a little bit. Hope you find some relief soon.

I have had it starting too. It gets bad when I lay on my back, or do lots of bending over, mopping, sweeping etc. It is awful! I hope you get some relief.
