LOST 4 lbs!

I went for my W.I.C interview yesterday and I have lost 4 lbs since July 24. (After an 8 lb gain)  The WIC nurse didn't seem particularly worried...I assumed cause I am on the chubby side--prior to being pregnant.

Really...I feel like I am already eating everything in sight!  My morning sickness is usually managable.  I have only had 4 or 5 BAD days since finding out I was pregnant.

Should I be worried?

Also the WIC nurse said that carrying twins I should be averaging 1 lb a week weight gain.  That seems...excessive to me????

A good rule or thumb is 1 lb a week, 20 by 20 weeks. I
Know for some it's hard but eat high protein and healthy fats. :-)

I'm not sure what the avg weight gain is for twins.. but I know with triplets they recommended a Minimum of 50 lbs weight gain.  I gained 73!  A pound a week doesnt sound excessive to me..  40 weeks, 40 lbs.  Remember you're feeding two more people now, so everything you eat is being devided up.. and they are taking the best parts and leaving you with the junk.  I know I had some weeks where I didnt gain as much as the last.  I wouldnt be too worried, especially if they arent.
