Strollers, Strollers and Car seats... ugh!

Right now we have a Grand Caravan, but with 1 in a booster and 4 in carseats it's going to be a VERY tight fit (well, as soon as the babies come home). We're waiting for the Nissan NV passenger van to come out- in roughly May- it looks like a good solution to our problems (will hold up to 12 with LATCH in all rear seats)...though kicking myself for buying a brand new minivan and only owning it for what will be less than two years :/

Unfortunately they are still in the NICU, today is day 47, of those I've probably made it here close to 40 of those days- but, I only live about 20 minutes from the hospital. With 3 at home it can be a challenge, we're also in the midst of a move so have had to even make out of state trips while they've been here. I feel guilty about it sometimes, but really they get great care and at this point they don't know the difference between me and the nurse (hope that came out right), other than the functional boobs :D. I also don't let any of the staff make me feel bad about it- don't be shy about telling them what you have going on, so they understand you are doing the best you can.
Our first caravan was used, I think that is the way to go, we just got an awesome deal on a new one. The caravan and Town and country are pretty much the same thing, so you may want to look at both. I too hated buying my first van, but it made my life SO much easier and it drives very much like a car.
Before my van I was alternating between a prius, a mercedes wagon, and a small sports car and it really wasn't as much of a transition as I would have thought. The sliders on the van also mean you have more room on the sides for loading kids vs. a car door.
