once they are home, can you just leave their hospital bracelets on them for awhile (as in - until just before they start getting tight)? Or do you need to keep the "marked" in some other way? Maybe I won't have an issue - I don't know. I guess it's probably mainly an issue if your twins are identical?

I've always heard that people will dot a toenail with some polish to tell them apart, and dress them in different colors. (One always in pink, the other in purple, etc) I was lucky, not only gender wise but looks wise mine are nothing alike. :-)
