Could I be Pregnant after TWO Tubals?

I had a Tubal June of 2004, December of 2004 I found out I was pregnant. I miscarried, and went back in to have the Tubal redone in March of 2005. So far all has been well, except now my period is over a week past due. I am NEVER late! I have been feeling tired and some nausated. Could I be pregnant after TWO tubals?

Have you taken a pregnancy test to check instead of worrying yourself to death over what ifs?  I would start there.  As for the question, I guess it depends on which method of tubal they used when they did it.  I know in more recent years they've went to completely cutting a portion of the tube out and cauterizing the ends.  If you are late, its definitely better to check for pregnancy because there is still a slim chance of ectopic pregnancy which can be very hazardous if not caught early.   Or you may possibly be going into perimenopause, depending on your age, more erratic periods are one sign.

*smile* Yes, I DO need some peace of mind! I am picking up a test on my lunch break. I AM 42, so on set of menopause could be it. It has just freaked me out because normally I don't gag when I brush my teeth and I SO wanted to throw up yesterday morning while brushing my teeth! ALSO, though, it could all just be in my head! :-) I will let you know!

YES! If I were you I'd get it checked out ASAP if I had pregnancy symptoms. My sister nearly lost her life when one of her tubes untied itself and resulted in an ectopic pregnancy. She had no idea she could get pregnant after having her tubes tied. She found out what was wrong with her when she wound up in the ER with a rupture. It is much better to be safe than sorry
