4 weeks and constant pressure in uterus?

Hi all! I'm newly pregnant and doing the usual freak out and of course can't see the dr forever to have her tell me I'm normal, so I'm hoping somebody here has experienced this. I'm only 4 weeks, so very early. I've had quite a few symptoms the last 3 days - super sore swollen bbs, nausea, crazy gas. What I'm concerned about is cramping/abdominal pain that just started today. My cramps aren't like my normal af cramps (which is what I've read is normal). It doesn't feel like a cramping, but more of a pressure pain in my uterus. It's not severe, just uncomfortable, but it feels pretty constant. I don't really notice it when I'm up and about, but I have a desk job and I feel like I can feel it pretty much the entire time I'm sitting down. Anyone else experience this? I'm hoping it's normal because it's not severe and there's no bleeding, but I miscarried before so there's always that fear. Thanks in advance for any advice!

I always get tons of pelvic pressure, especially the pregnancies where I worked sitting down all day. The explanation given to me was that pregnancy hormones make your bones soft and your muscles really stretchy (hence the high occurrences of carpal tunnel) so some women feel pressure. I went from feelings of pressure and soreness to feeling like someone was taking a hammer to my bones....and sitting all day just made it worse!!

Oh thank you so much for your reply. You have no idea how much this makes me feel better. Two days in a row now with the pressure/pain and I was starting to freak, but knowing someone else knows what I'm talking about makes me feel better. The discomfort is when I'm sitting at my desk all day long, so I'm sure that's all it is. When I get up to go to the restroom (every hour on the hour!) it goes away.

Again thanks so much for your reply!

When I had it, no one knew what I was talking about either so I called the doctor, and the nurse acted like it was SO common. I worked in a building w 1000 people working there 90% female, and I didn't find ONE person who had ever had that type of pain...

Glad I could help...
