We started our back to school 'routine' this morning, and let me tell ya, 6:30 is way early.  We're not used to getting up early.  DH was waayyy too perky and happy about getting us up.  lol.

What time to you get up for school?

My alarm goes off at 5 am, our of bed around 5:30, out of house a wee bit after 6.  I make sure DH is up before I head out.  Johan gets up by 6:30 with Jacob getting up by 7.  Not much of a change int heir routine excpet that they now have to get dressed and eat breakfast in a timely manner.  Their supposed to be out the door shortly after 8 to walk to school for 8:30 enterance (school starts at 9).

I get up at 5am. Dh has to be in work at 7:30 and he takes my little one but he is ALWAYS late so either I get up 30 min earlier then him to shower or I'm rushing to get me and older ds out. I get dh up by 5:45 little one around 6:15 and older one between 6:30 and 6:45. Now by up I mean out of bed and back to sleep on couch. During school year we leave by 7:30 but during the summer we all have to leave by 6:45!!

I'm gonna blow the curve here--On workdays, I get up at 4:45AM.  Kids both live about as close to their schools as you can and still qualify for school bus, so we're lucky.  Kids don't have to be up until around 7AM.   DH doesn't have to be at work until 10AM, so he gets morning launch, and I get evening baths/homework supervision.

Our schools are really split up here: There's a school just for Kindergarten and 1st grade, another for 2-3, then a 4-6 school, jr high (7-8) and high school (9-12)...and all they all have different start and end times! So with my kids being 4 years apart, it seems like every other year (and often, every year!) we have to adjust to a new schedule.

This year is a wee bit better for me. I get up a 6:35 (you know, 'cause that extra 5 minutes makes a ton of difference, LOL). Last year I had to get up at 6:00 am. Yawn.
