Thanks, I pulled a schedule from a different school before I scheduled a dr appointment for him. Assuming dates will be the same for whole city possibly state think its the same test so would limit cheating. Just wish our school would post these things. I know from SIL attendance matters, student can take a retest I believe but school is marked down for missing kids. Her school calls absent kids even offers to pick them up so they can take the test. I know they don't like when kids miss school for Dr visits. I have gotten the cant you schedule for after school, but I got to go by what Childrens has and some areas he sees books 6 plus months in advance and I know MUST know more then a month before the test date so really you can't notify parents so we can beware???? I did schedule the dentist for 4 so I won't pull him but thats just luck most people probably don't want to venture into city for a 4pm appointment...

What nursing home??? My mom works at the one behind LMH. The patients do like when they get visits like.

Purim is a Jewish holiday based on the Book of Esther, also known as the Megillah.

No special dates for us just appointments. Next week is a busy one. Meeting at school Thursday and diagnositic xrays for ortho on Friday. Thats a big one i am dreading. Need to pay up front $800 we have dental insurance but we need to use with caution given its a lifetime not yearly max and this is for set 1 of 3 braces. Also dreading because it will give a clearer idea when they will do his next surgery, so yes schedule on the Friday before St pats day for a reason. We have to go into the city for it and I made it at 4 so I don't have to pull him from school (big state exams are this month but still don't have the date) Getting out of the city on a friday and just me is bad enough so figure will take Liam out for dinner and mom can drown her sorrows in $1 drafts.

Usually DH and I have an adults outing on st pats day, but we saw the band we usually see in September and I am kind of over the St pats sceen so skipping that but will probably go the parade this year if not too cold. Sadly the kilts won't fit the boys anymore not that Liam would ever wear one AGAIN.

No special dates for us this month :) With the exception of St. Patrick's Day which my family always celebrates! My grandfather's b'day was on March 16th (his side of the family is Irish). We always had corned beef and cabbage on the 17th and celebrated his b'day at the same time. It was the only day of the year he would cook dinner. He passed away in Nov 03 a week after Nathaniel turned 3 but we have kept the tradition alive ever since.
