My DH and I have already been doing some Christmas shopping for Kiddo and we have his big gift. We got him a stereo that has a CD player and an iPOD docking station (he does not have an iPod yet, that will be next year probably).

My kids haven't asked for anything too big yet, so they're all getting a bunch of small things. My 7 yo is getting a LalaLoopsy doll, a singing game for the Wii, plus the microphone needed for the game, some clothes and a few other little things.

My 6 yo is getting lots of Star Wars & Lego (and Star Wars Lego, of course) things including an animated SW movie that comes with a minifig, an old school style metal SW lunchbox.

The little guy (4) is getting a Motor Works from Discovery Toys. He's very mechanically-oriented and this is a set of three vehicles you can take apart with a power screw driver and put back together. I'm afraid it might be too babyish for him, because he's sort of advanced in this area, but I'm hoping he'll like it. We also purchased some Zhu Zhu pet stuff for him on clearance at Target over the summer, so he'll get that too.

After he was found peeking at gifts in our closet, the items he saw went back-2 small Lego sets, snow fort molds, a pocket watch, slippers and pjs, and the Hexbug spiral track.

We've blown the budget this year, but the kids know it won't be a regular thing.

DD is getting an electric guitar (Fender Squier) and amp.
