Tomorrow is Take Your Child To Work Day.
I took Nathaniel to work with me yesterday.
Well we used to have a thing at work but we'd do it the week of school vacation. Then they had layoffs and cut backs and got rid of it. AKA we beleive the person who would run it was let go and no one else wants to take it on and now because of federal privacy laws we have to adhere to its not really with in compliance to have the kids in. DH has similar issues but from a safety side he is not allowed to have anyone aside from another employee in his van for insurance reasons plus not liability for the company they don't need a bunch of kids climbing polls. I do wish my company still had the event it was fun. We did have an age limit and it was cut 2 years before Liam was old enough so he never got to do it.
Mine are right here with me pestering me.
I'll have to ask DH about this. Neither of us new it was coming up! He took DD to school with him one year and she had a great time, but I know it's hard for him as a teacher to do that.
Edited: I should have paid better attention to the fact that this was posted yesterday! So I guess the answer is no. :smileyvery-happy:
Since DH works from home and my job is homeschooling DS and being a SAHM, every day for us is 'Take Your Child to Work Day'.
