the big girls are too busy with test week in school next week, so they didn't want to. But we're going to try to dress Danae up as a lady bug. We 'practiced' yesterday, I think she kept the mask and hat on for about 20 seconds tops....

Hi

All 3 kids are dressing up. One dd (12) is going as Arwen from Lord of the Rings. Other dd, also 12, is going to be Emily Dickinson. The little one (2) is going as a black cat.

The 2 older girls are 8th graders and want to go trick or treating, trying to decide if they are too old for it, or if this will be their last year.

I suggested taking their 2 yr old sister with them, she will want to go to a ton of houses, but won't be able to eat all of the candy so they can all split it.

DD (13) is going as a toddler.... pig tails, pacifier....we actually found footed pajamas in her size lol. I guess we're at the "want to be cute" stage lol. DS (9) is going as Luke Skywalker (he's already been Darth Vadar, Young Annikin, a clone trooper and a storm trooper lol.) Luckily, several years ago a friend of Kayla's gave us his great Luke costume and it fits Avery like a glove this year. No sewing for mom! DH is going as Obie-wan... again. I haven't decided. I have 2 costumes I rotate between so either a rag doll or a witch.
