Would you like to host a free Summer Reading Party?

We did one of these parties last summer and it was SO MUCH FUN!!

This summer, iVillage is teaming up again with PBS KIDS to help keep kids reading and prevent the summer slide. Our Summer Reading Community Challenge – coached by Super WHY! creator Angela C. Santomero – begins June 6. The Community Challenge will be even more fun this year, with guest coaches and interviews, free downloads and a chance to win daily prizes!

To help spread the word, we’d like to hold home reading parties during the Challenge sign-up period in May and early June. The first 25 iVillagers to sign up to host a party in their home will receive a kit full of reading goodies and ideas from iVillage and PBS. We can also put you in touch with local children’s authors who might be interested in attending.
