I am not leavign the house all weekend so I can get caught up on cleaning.
Had a great Friday night out with my teen. Got a new book (just for me), but to tired to start reading it much, yet.
Sending you some of my super powers as mine are full strength today!
I've graded and filed the pile of school papers. I looked over the versions of Moby Dick and read reviews and decided which one we will read. I've read over Latin assignments for next week so I know what he is suppose to do.
We can now see the kitchen island. I took care of my stuff that was on it. I made 2 piles of stuff for DH and Z. for them to put away. I did the same in the office. I added other stuff from around the house that they have left out. I have paid 3 bills that can't be paid online so DH always forgets them. I have washed, dried, and folded 2 loads of laundry with the 3rd in the washer. I fluffed and put away al the clothes hanging on the drying rack. I have a large amount of ironing to do that I am trying to ignore (easy since it is hanging in the closet-out of sight out of mind).
The dishwasher has been emptied and reloaded. I have a gigantic pile of pots and assorted cookware to be hand washed, but the dishtowels need to be washed and they are low on the prioity list. The rest of the counters are clean and my sink is shiny.
I finally ordered new beach towels and some spring clothes for Z. I just received 2 packages from Old Navy that has sutff for Dh and Z. to try on. Z just jumped into mens sizing for some things- how could that be possible?
I've dusted up and down (except for Z's room) and wiped down all wipeable surfaces with chlorox wet ones. I have moutains of laundry to work on the next couple of days (plus dishes), but overall I feel much better about the state of the house.
So much accomplished when I am the only one home!
I took a nap while the boys finished emptying out the storage unit.
Wow, you're full of energy today!
Ugh Heather...maybe Other Heather will share a wee bit of extra energy with you, LOL.
Ugh, music snobs.
