I am new here (to Homeschooling) but I am thinking about doing a Virtual Schooling for my two kids, would be 6th and 9th grade.  Has ANYONE used this or know anyone who has.  I was reading on a website about the part time (which is year round) or the homeschool portion does not do dipolmas how do you get one then?  Any and all information would be appreciated.

You'd have to check your state's laws, but most states don't require an "official school issued" diploma, and most colleges don't either.  The parent can issue a diploma.  Colleges look more at the transcript, to see that the applicant has a well-rounded educational experience.  You should be able to issue your child's diploma, as needed, and the school probably will have a transcript of the classes your children have taken.

Good luck with your decision, and let us know if we can help you with any other questions.  Most of us here homeschool independently, but we do have some members who have used virtual schools when they were first starting out and would be able to give you some input.
