BTW - did I ever tell you that my dd's nickname is Lolo too? Only one friend calls her that, but I thought it was interesting. I think your Lolo's given name is the same as my Lolo's! :-)

I know I'd be pretty upset if my dr. just decided to take off and there was no replacement, but my ob/gyn was in a group practice and that's why they required everybody to meet all the MDs.
She does have an induction date, now.
My doc was also part of a group practice and I had an appt with each doctor in the group in case one of them ended up attending my delivery. As it happened my doc was on vacation when it was time for the first delivery.
