She was a gorgeous woman with Irish coloration (black hair and blue eyes) who went from zero to sixty with the last man she saw and I guess when it became Eddie Fisher I thought she'd lost her mind. Nevertheless her loyalty to Rock Hudson and even Michael Jackson spoke more for her true self than her face and figure on the screen.

Btw, the Westboro creeps are planning to protest her funeral...

Paul Newman does a tribute on her at the below link 4minutes 10 seconds with highlights from his favorite moments in her career.

Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf, Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, Suddenly-Last Summer, Cleopatra, Raintree County, Giant... She could act, and she worked with some of the best.

Elle, Here's a piece that one of our editors did on Elizabeth Taylor. I have to admit that I haven't seen any of her movies either!

Hi Kellie,

Thanks for sharing the link.

My favorite TV watching is old movies. I liked/grew up on the age of stories with less gratuitous sex.
