How often have you been asked this question recently?
Do you wear a watch still now that cellphones, ipods, Ipads and whatmacallitis do the same thing?

Have you seen the slap bracelet trend has returned now with slap watches.
Http://www.slap watches.com
do you have any slap bracelets form the nineties in your jewelry box?
Do/ would you wear a watch only for a pop of color or are you a lover of function ;)

I still wear a wrist watch so I can glance at my arm to see the time instead of finding my cell phone. I guess that says a lot about how much I am not connected to my phone! (and its just a dumb-phone) Neither of my kids wear watches, saying that they get the time from their phones.

I don't carry any whatchamacallits so I have a functional watch!

Haven't seen the slap watch; I like one I can see at a glance (but not digital) - will stick to my trusty Timex for old eyes!

I am an old-fashioned watch person.

Right now I happen to be wearing my Timex, but I did go for about a week without it; just left it sitting on the coffee table.

I wore a seiko for about 25 years. I really loved it, but when it finally died I could not find another seiko that was small enough, I have an extremely small wrist. Instead I found a tiny little bullova. That dang thing only lasted 1 year. When I went to look for a new watch I couldn't find anything small enough. When I complained to the jeweler that I couldn't find a small enough watch he kind of hemmed and hawed and said "most of our watch customers like bigger watches.". I stopped and thought about his comment and said "so your saying that only old people wear watches huh?". He laughed and said that in his experience only older people wore watches and they wanted bigger, easier to see, watches. Long story short...I haven't been wearing a watch for over a year and I am getting used to it, but it took a long time.

I haven't worn a watch in a few years--most of the time I'm either at work, sitting in front of a computer that has the time, in the car that has a clock, or at home where there are clocks.

Hi Elc,
Haha re: keeping anyone abreast... We have 10,000 of these watches to sell! Got to get you all playing along! ;)

I did mess up the link sorry if it doesn't say slapwatch it is a knock off ;)
So knock off the plural and spaces

I get paid in gift cards for promos so i do end up with stuff i obviously could live without ...i tell my hubby it is for product knowledge!

Do any of you have a fashion item/style you would like to see come back?
