Do you still have fall colors on your trees?

Will you be raking leaves this weekend? What plans do you have for the weekend? Made anything with apples or pumpkins yet? I am in Georgia looking at some red maple leaves. We are waiting for my oldest and his girlfriend's plane from Texas. We are all headed to the mountains of SC for my nephews wedding. My youngest and wife fly into Greenville tomorrow morning. So no raking for me! ;) I am loving the color and hills! Good thing it was cold in Florida before we left to help acclimate us! I really should have brought a scarf for the scoop neck on my dress!

Enjoy the wedding, Elle!. It should be beautiful in SC.  My brother and SIL stopped there for a few days when they moved to Naples and said Greenville is a very nice city.

We have three huge trees that are almost at their peak red color, outside our bedroom window.   I thought we'd miss it this year with Sandy passing through, but she let them be.    Our blinds will stay open fo the next week!

I've raked plenty of sycamore leaves, but our townhouse back yard is so tiny that it's always a quick job.  When the community's contractors start up with their massive, noisy leaf blowers/eaters, I always try to leave the house.

Still laying low here - ds came by and did inside windows and swiffed and vacuumed for me (for some petty cash).  I've been reading a little and made some cupcakes.  As far as trees, it's mostly browns that are left, or some random reds here and there, but most are down.  Low 34 tonight - brr!  The guys mowed and raked last week so most of it is done.  I'm waiting for them to get back after going to an art supply store for ds to get drawing paper, and they're picking up a pizza on the way.  I'm enjoying having our 2 and ds's cuddly kitties around - they like hanging close when it's cold and dreary!
