Do you still have leftover candy?

What costume did you see more yesterday?
Did your college students dress up?
Did you sample your candy for quality before or during the night? ;)
What time did you have your last trick or treater?
The hit costume here seemed to be batman related. Even saw a batgirl with yellow heels!
My boys went as a frankenstein and capt hook.
I live down a long pine needle driveway with oaks and Spanish moss so we don't get trick or treaters. Our neighborhood has a hay ride so I took our snickers to give out there. I had rice krispy treats I made at home if anyone showed up at our door for my husband to give out. No one came.
No candy here. I decided to not pass it out this year. We get literally hundreds of kids here, they arrive by the carload, and the doorbell rings constantly from 5:30-8:30pm. So I decided to turn off the lights this year for a break. I could hear lots of voices on the street but it was nice and peaceful inside the house!
Due to dh being at MBA class (5:30-9:30 on Wednesday nights, and no, they didn't reschedule) and me being laid up, I chose to just watch the Halloween movies on AMC. So yes, I have ALL the candy left, but then we're usually lucky to get a dozen kids. It felt very weird to be alone Halloween night...
We have quite a bit left. I over bought! Of course, dh has managed to eat most of the chocolate leftovers. He said the rest of the stuff I bought is yucky, but I like it! I'll send about 3/4 of it with dd to pass out in her classroom.
I didn't buy the candy until the day before, so no sampling. We did get quite a few kids--I really enjoy seeing the little ones dressed up, like the little princesses. There were a few funny costumes--like 2 kids came together & one was a banana and the other was some other fruit. Then there was the kid dressed like peas in a pod, which was long & made it a little hard to get up the stairs. I did notice there were very few older kids this year. and we didn't have much candy left. My high school kid had his friend come over to watch a scary movie.
