Hopefully before the next election the voting process gets cleaned up so we don't appear to be like a 3rd world country. ;)
It will be quite an impressive accomplishment for us here in Florida. I like how Oregon has mail in voting to decrease state costs.

When I look at the pictures of voting lines in FL, I just don't understand it. I'm amazed and impressed that people are willing to stay in line that long to vote- especially after the presidential results were called. In that sense, I'd be proud to be a Floridian (although those of us in IL are just pretty much proud if an elected official isn't en route to prison!).

The state of Washington also has voting by mail only. I wonder if many ballots are discarded because they arrived after election day?
