More ranting about Penn State..

As a PA resident I am just so sick about this thing. I can't explain it, it is like I almost feel dome guilt. Maybe it is the way those Paterno supporters are making the entire population of the Commonwealth of PA look like a bunch of self centered fools. I would tell their parents to call them ASAP and tell them to shut up, but it seems as if there is a small, but persistent group of adults who are supporting those who turn a blind eye to pedophilia. Please know that these STUPID people do not represent the general citizenship of PA.

I feel physically I'll every time I hear from a parent of or lawyer representing a victim. Those poor kids...

And on a purely selfish note I would like to say that penn state was one of the most expensive state schools in the country last year and now the price is sure to go up. The students and taxpayers of PA are sure to be the ones stuck paying the bill for a university that has become a source of sorrow instead of pride.

And on it goes...

Was just watching "Chicago Tonight", a public-affairs series with panels of experts being led in discussions on the topics of the day.

This is why I'm glad I'm not a criminal defense lawyer.

I have wondered if the outcome would have been different if one of the administrators had been a woman. Would a woman have been able to justify sweeping this under the rug?
