New year and new semester roll call

Happy new year! Let's all talk about the what is coming up! Did you make any resolutions? How is it going? Still on target? Lol, I vow not to make any resolutions, so yes still on track. Are your college students back on campus? Yes! She had class on the 7th. When do they start classes? Jan. 7 Is it a winter quarter or spring semester? Winter Trimester Do you know How many classes have they decided to take? 4 Have they expressed interest in one class or activity in particular? Equestrian club, gamers club and trying out for lax. She did not make the lax team, but still plays club level. She is taking another Chemestry class, a class on being a bio major and psych. She was excited about the psych class, but it has been boring (her words) so far. Do they still like their chosen major? Yes Have they switched majors from when they applied to colleges?not yet What were your feelings when they initially expressed their chosen field of study? I was all for it. Is it similar to any of their family members careers? We do have some teachers on both sides, but they are music teachers not science.
