Posting help info in a new thread

Since a lot of you can only see new threads and not replies, Elle gave me the idea to repost the info I put in the reply to sabrtooth below into a new thread.
First off, HUGE thanks hanks to ya'll for your patience. I know it's so frustrating having these bugs but I promise, our tech team is feverishly working on them. If you have ANY questions or continue to have problems you can do one (or all, lol) of the following:
1.) Email us at: email@example.com. Be sure to include info such as what browser(s) you've tried and exactly what kind of errors you're getting.
2.) Post on the iVillage Help Board. This thread in particular is a good one to follow to keep up with current issues and fixes:
